Murder 2 is an erotic thriller Movie and sequel to Murder,
a 2004 hit film. As shown in Murder 2 wallpapers and stills
the movie seems be an erotic entertainer as usual in Emraan
Hashmi's movies.

MURDER 2 opens up with big expectations as its prequel was path-breaking musical success in the marquee, finest to come from veteran Anu Malik that made Kunal Ganjawala ('Bheege Honth Tere'), a household singing sensation. This sequel charters popular path of experimentation of trying out with multiple composers with the likes of talented Mithoon, Sangeet Haldipur-Siddarth Haldipur and reality show prodigy Harshit Saxena as the lead composers of the album.

Emraan Hashmi suits the role perfectly. Actually, the role suits him. It's a typical bad-boy-with-a-good-heart role, something which we have seen Emraan portray many times in the past. Jacqueline Fernandez looks sizzling, but doesn't have a meaty role. Those expecting copious steamy scenes between Emraan and Jacqueline will surely be disappointed. Sulagna Panigrahi, who makes her debut, plays the victimised Reshma to perfection. Sudhanshu Pandey plays his part with a lot of confidence. Sandiip Sikcand acts well. Shweta Kawatra impresses in her cameo.

The film undoubtedly belongs to Prashant Narayan, who delivers a splendid performance. To give him credit, he elevates the film to a great extent. His performance is so effective that you start loathing him every time he appears on screen.

The Roommate Movie Reviews

Genre: Mystery & Suspense, Horror

Synopsis: A psychological thriller about a deranged college freshman (Leighton Meester) who becomes obsessed with her new roommate (Minka Kelly)

A small-town girl comes to the fictional University of Los Angeles to pursue her dreams of being a fashion designer and encounters a roommate who is clingy to the point of psychotic. Starring Minka Kelly as that starry-eyed newcomer and Leighton Meester as her 1,000-yard-stare nemesis, "The Roommate" is a waste all around of young, attractive actresses, Los Angeles locations and the time of anyone unlucky enough to sit through it.

The Roommate seems to be this: Avoid the goons outside the Greek system. When Kelly first arrives at ULA, she’s eager to party at frat houses with her fun-loving, hard-drinking new friend Aly Michalka, and she finds a super-bland suitor in Cam Gigandet, the drummer for a band that doesn’t play much beyond house parties. By contrast, Meester is a brooding artist type who’s immediately tagged as a weirdo for digging abstract, contemporary art. Though Kelly doesn’t notice the warning signs, Meester scares off Kelly’s friends with creepy, obsessive behavior, warding off anyone who tries to come between her and her new best friend. By the time Kelly picks up on Meester’s intensity, it may be too late for Cuddles.

For much of "The Roommate's" early going any deficiencies in Meester's character are signaled largely by the fact that she has meekly limp hair, in counterpoint to Kelly's luxuriantly bouncy locks. Meester is the brassy, belligerent Blair Waldorf on TV's "Gossip Girl" and there she often seems to be performing in a slightly different register than the other actors, as if she alone is in on the joke. (There was also her scene-stealing sass and vinegar turn in the recent "Country Strong.")

Needle (2010)

Director: John V. Soto

Writers:

Anthony Egan, John V. Soto

Stars:

Jane Badler, Michael Dorman and Travis Fimmel

SYNOPSIS:

A killer uses an 18th century machine with supernatural powers to terrorize students at Saint Mary’s

In John V. Soto's Needle, a killer uses an 18th century box with extraordinary and deathly powers to rein havoc on a group of friends at Saint Mary's College. The box is the size of a jewelry case and when a picture of someone is put into a secret slot, a wax figure of the person is created to where the killer can stick pins, break off limbs and just make life miserable for the person the figure represents.

Ben (Michael Dorman) and his brother Marcus (Travis Fimmel) figure out the sinister nature of the device and begin a search for the killer while attempting to warn their friends of their impending deadhood.

Needle is a get-in-line movie. It got in line with stereotypical characters, a half-descent story that fails to execute on the premise and a bunch of forgettable characters and situations leading up to their eventual demise. And the story of the sins of the father coming back to haunt the children was just…well
